Overview
Forgetting a password is one of the most common support requests we receive. This article will walk you through the complete process of securely resetting your Resin Processing Factory account password â whether you've forgotten it or simply want to update it for security reasons.
Password reset links expire after 30 minutes for security. If your link has expired, simply start the process again from Step 1.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have access to the email address registered with your account. This is where the reset link will be sent. If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact our support team for manual identity verification.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the Resin Processing Factory portal and click on the "Log In" button in the upper right corner. Do not enter any credentials yet.
Click "Forgot Password"
Below the password input field, you will see a link labeled "Forgot your password?". Click on this link to proceed.
Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address associated with your account. Click the "Send Reset Link" button to continue.
Check Your Inbox
Open the email from no-reply@resinprocessingfactory.com. The subject line will read: "Your Resin Processing Factory Password Reset".
Click the Reset Link
Click the blue "Reset My Password" button in the email. You will be redirected to a secure page to create your new password.
Create a New Password
Enter your new password twice to confirm. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
Once confirmed, you will be logged in automatically. You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you of the password change.
Password Security Tips
- Use a unique password not used on any other service
- Consider using a password manager (e.g., 1Password, Bitwarden)
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security
- Never share your password with anyone, including Resin Processing Factory staff
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first. Add no-reply@resinprocessingfactory.com to your contacts and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
The reset link says "expired"
Reset links expire after 30 minutes. Return to the login page and start the process again. Links can only be used once.
If you did not request a password reset, your account may be at risk. Do not click the link and contact our security team immediately.
